Northrop Grumman Completes Sale of Electro-Optical Systems to L-3 Communications
LOS ANGELES, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced today that it has completed the sale of its Electro-Optical Systems business for $175 million in cash to L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL). Electro-Optical Systems produces night vision and applied optics products.
