Reminder: Northrop Grumman's 2014 'America Day' to Feature Army Acquisition Executive, Local Congresswoman

Northrop Grumman is celebrating the 23rd anniversary of its "America Day," a celebration of our nation's birthday combined with an employee appreciation event, at its Rolling Meadows, Illinois, facility.
As part of the annual celebration, military personnel and local elected officials will attend and address company employees. Honored guests and speakers will include the Honorable Heidi Shyu, assistant secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology; Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth, Illinois' 8th District; and Capt. Paul Overstreet, U.S. Navy director for Program Control for the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35). The event will culminate with a barbecue-style cookout accompanied by live patriotic music.
