Two Northrop Grumman Employees Receive Asian-American Engineer of the Year Awards

Since 2002, hundreds of Asian-American professionals from U.S. technology corporations, research institutions and the U.S. Armed Forces have been honored with AAEOY awards. The past awardees included Nobel Laureates, academicians, corporate executives and astronauts.

Dang, an automated production line manager for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, received an Engineer of the Year award. She has received two Northrop Grumman Distinguished Invention Awards, a NASA Tech Brief Award, three patents and has authored or co-authored more than 10 peer-reviewed articles and papers. She led a team that developed some of the key fabrication processes in high electron mobility transistor technology.
